Yunity runs on the Tuya platform. We recommend the Tuya Smart app for Android and iPhone — look for this logo in the app store. The Blusafe Smart and Smart Life apps also work — they are the same platform. Every passcode and fingerprint is created in the app, so pair the lock and set the door opening direction before adding access methods.

Troubleshooting
Fix a problem
Most Yunity faults come down to the door opening direction, the tail bar length or pairing-mode mistakes — not a faulty lock. Keep the door open while you diagnose.
