The Contour fits most standard residential doors 35–54mm thick with a 60mm or 70mm backset, and installs with a screwdriver on both left- and right-handed doors. Confirm your door direction and measurements before purchase — or send us photos and we'll advise.

Do I need a Wi-Fi bridge?
No — the Contour has Wi-Fi built in. Remote features work through the app with no extra hardware.
How does remote unlock work?
For security, remote unlock is passive: it becomes available when a visitor presses the doorbell button on the lock, which notifies your phone. You can then unlock from the app.
Does it work with Alexa or Google Home?
No — the Contour does not integrate with third-party voice assistants.
What if the batteries die?
The lock warns you from 20% with a voice prompt. If the batteries run out it stays securely locked — use the USB emergency power supply or a mechanical key to get in. It takes 8 × AA batteries (not included).
