Bluetooth control via the Tuya Smart app — remote access requires a compatible Tuya Bluetooth gateway, sold separately.
The Axis replaces a compatible euro cylinder in your existing door and adds five ways to unlock: fingerprint, PIN keypad, Blusafe RFID key card, the Tuya Smart app, or the included mechanical key. Choose Silver, Gold or Black to suit your door furniture.
Once unlocked, turn the Axis knob manually, then use your door handle to open the door. Axis works with your existing compatible lock mechanism.
Check the cylinder size and clearance, fit your Axis, pair Tuya Smart and manage users and temporary passcodes. The app connects nearby over Bluetooth. For out-of-home app control, add a compatible Tuya Bluetooth gateway connected to your home network; contact us to confirm the correct model. With a compatible gateway and voice integration enabled, Axis also works with Google Home and Amazon Alexa.

Four AAA batteries and a compatible Tuya gateway are sold separately. Door handles and other door furniture shown are not included.
Axis is designed for compatible euro-profile locks on doors 35–70 mm thick. Its cylinder size range is 35/35 mm to 50/50 mm: each figure is measured from the central fixing screw to one end of the cylinder. Door thickness and cylinder size are different measurements. Check the lock case and clearance around your handles or escutcheons. If unsure, send us your measurements and photographs before ordering.
Nearby Tuya Smart app use works over Bluetooth without a gateway. Out-of-home app control requires a compatible Tuya Bluetooth gateway, sold separately, connected to your home network. Google Home and Amazon Alexa also require a compatible gateway and voice integration to be enabled. Contact us to confirm the correct gateway for your Axis.
Measure from the central fixing screw to each end of your existing cylinder. Axis supports 35/35 mm to 50/50 mm cylinder sizes, for doors 35–70 mm thick. Send us both measurements and photographs of your handles and open door edge if you need help checking the fit.
Use Axis indoors or in a sheltered position protected from rain and direct water exposure. It is not waterproof. Contact us if you are unsure about your door location.
Use one of the two included mechanical keys, or follow the Axis guide to supply USB emergency power. Replace the four AAA batteries when depleted; batteries are not included. Loosen the front screw and swivel the retained cover aside to reach the batteries and backup-key access. USB emergency power does not recharge the fitted batteries.
